STL Roof Renew specializes in roof rejuvenation services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to roof condition, eligibility, and professional evaluation. Results may vary based on roof age, material, and existing condition.

Free Inspections and Estimates

Any inspections, consultations, or estimates provided by STL Roof Renew are offered for informational purposes only. A free inspection does not guarantee service eligibility or final pricing.

Scheduling and Access

By scheduling a service or inspection, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure reasonable access to your property. Failure to provide access may result in delays or cancellation of services.

Service Limitations

Roof rejuvenation is designed to extend the life of eligible roofs. It is not intended to repair structural damage, active leaks, or roofs that are beyond their serviceable life. STL Roof Renew reserves the right to decline service if a roof does not meet eligibility requirements.

Warranties

Each roof rejuvenation treatment includes a 5-year limited warranty. Treatments may be applied up to three times over the life of a roof, providing up to 15 additional years of extended roof life when conditions allow. Full warranty terms are provided at the time of service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods, and timing will be clearly communicated before service is performed. Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. STL Roof Renew reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Limitation of Liability

STL Roof Renew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
